Why do I dedicate my work to conservation?
We are living in a rapidly changing world dominated by exploitation of natural resources, a fast growing population and ever increasing consumptions. Scientists are warning us of an unprecedented loss of biodiversity and inevitable ecological catastrophe. Meanwhile our daily lives have become increasingly busy; people are continuously bombarded with overwhelming information, and all to often their attention span is reduced to a single instant. Here is where photography can make a difference. Using the power of an image we can draw attention to a subject and engage people emotionally to a cause. An outstanding photograph can be the lure into an intriguing conservation story.

I am so incredibly inspired by your philosophy and the work you’re both doing to accomplish such a worthy undertaking! I found your site through ILCP. I donate to ILCP & WILD Foundation from proceeds of my photography. This time, I noticed the link to specific photographer’s projects and Conservation Corridors appealed to me, so I explored the videos & links… eventually found my way here. Thank you both so much for dedicating yourselves to this. I am definitely contributing to your project and I send warm wishes for the very best of luck along the way!
sweet, sweet image. Don’t forget to stop in when you are in Texas
